Great Scott!! McGregor Square hosting FREE screening of Back to the Future on Saturday, Oct. 5th at 7 p.m. along with the chance to see the DeLorean Time Machine in person!
A replica DeLorean time machine will be parked on McGregor Square’s Outdoor Plaza starting at 4 p.m. for Doc Brown fans who want to check out the “flux capacitor” in person.
The FREE outdoor screening of the beloved classic and DeLorean visit are being held in partnership with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, which will be hosting the national tour of Back to the Future: The Musical at the Buell Theatre from Jan. 22nd – Feb. 9th. Back the Future: The Musical cast member Zan Berube – who is playing the role of Lorraine – will be singing the National Anthem at the Denver Broncos game on Sunday, Oct. 6th.
Cold beverages and popcorn will be available for purchase during the movie on the McGregor Square Plaza. Attendees are asked to bring their own blankets for outdoor seating.
Inside Milepost Zero, guests who are 21+ can sip the ghoulish yet delicious Halloween cocktails that are being served for the entire month of October as part of Cocktails & Screams, including The Forbidden Apple and Night of the Living Red. A DJ will be spinning spooky tunes starting at 8:30 p.m.
